We do not guarantee loan approval, a specific interest rate, or a specific disbursal timeline.
Any offer, rate, or eligibility estimate shown on this Platform is indicative only and subject to the lender's final assessment.

3. No Fees Charged to Users

Instant Money Solution does not charge users any fee, security deposit, or advance payment for helping them apply for or compare loan offers. The only charges applicable are those levied directly by the lending bank or NBFC as part of the loan itself — such as processing fees, foreclosure charges, or insurance premiums — and these are disclosed to you by the lender before you accept the loan.

Please be cautious of anyone claiming to represent Instant Money Solution and asking for money in advance to "guarantee" loan approval. Report any such incident to us immediately using the contact details below.

By submitting your phone number or email address on this Platform, you consent to being contacted by Instant Money Solution and its lending partners through:

Phone calls and SMS – including for applicants whose number is registered under the National Do Not Disturb (DND) registry, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations, for the purpose of processing your loan enquiry.

Any loss or inconvenience arising from a lender's rejection of your loan application, delay in disbursal, or the specific terms offered by the lender.
Disputes arising out of the loan agreement signed directly between you and the lending bank or NBFC.
Technical failures, delays, or security issues originating from third-party platforms such as SMS gateways, WhatsApp, or email service providers used to communicate with you.
